The system provides several types of reports to help track production, sales, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
# Production Reports

- Shows production volume by status

# Display Units and Comparisons
- Production report values can be displayed as BBLs, case equivalents (CEs), or units.
- Month, Quarter, and Year views can be compared with the matching period from the prior year.
- Day and Week views do not support prior-year comparison.
- Comparison exports include both current-period and prior-year values when comparison is enabled.

# Cask Lifecycle Report
- Facility-level view of cask movement across production lifecycle states
- Includes:
- Opening on-hand production inventory
- Filled volume
- Finished/consumed volume
- Closing on-hand production inventory
- Reconciliation indicators
- Supports drilldown details so managers can inspect contributing vessel uses and dates behind each total

Sales report charts show one value type at a time:
- BBLs
- Case equivalents (CEs)
- Units
- Dollars
- Dollars per BBL
Month, Quarter, and Year sales views can compare the current periods to the same calendar periods from the prior year.
# Taproom Sales in Reports
Sales reports support explicit source views and combined views:
- Taproom POS shows POS sales from Square taproom locations.
- Retail Orders shows self-distribution orders, including orders written to taproom customer records.
- Show All applies each taproom's reporting source policy so POS data and retail orders do not double-count the same taproom.
Configure taproom reporting source policy in Settings -> Facility Management -> Taproom Operations.
# Produced vs Sold
The Produced vs Sold report includes a periodized view for comparing packaged volume against sold volume.
- Produced volume uses packaged BBLs, because packaged beer is the sellable inventory metric.
- Sold volume uses the Sales Report "Show All" scope, including taproom source policy.
- The table shows packaged, sold, and net change by period.
- Batch-level produced-vs-sold detail remains available for drilldown and reconciliation.
