# Production Schedule Views

The system provides two ways to view your production schedule: a monthly Calendar view and a chronological Agenda view. Both views help teams coordinate brewing, transfers, and packaging operations.

# Understanding Events

# Event Types

  • BRW: Brewing days
  • XFR: Tank transfers
  • PKG: Packaging runs
  • REL: Beer releases

# Event Colors

  • Events are color-coded by beer group
  • Colors are defined in Beer Groups settings
  • Facilities can have distinct color schemes
  • Consistent colors across both views

# Monthly Calendar View

  • Use arrows to move between months
  • Click month name to return to current month
  • Events spanning multiple days show as continuous bars

# Filtering Events

Filter the calendar by:

  • Facility
  • Tank
  • Event type (BRW, XFR, PKG)

# Scheduling in Calendar

  1. Click any date number to create a new batch
  2. Fill in batch details - see Batches

# Agenda View

# Overview

  • Chronological list of upcoming events
  • Shows next 2 weeks by default
  • Grouped by date for easy reading
  • Includes all event types

# Using the Agenda

  • Click any event to view details
  • BRW, XFR, and PKG events open the batch record
  • REL events open the beer record

# Best Practices

  • Use Calendar for schedule planning
  • Use Agenda for daily operations review
  • Check tank conflicts before scheduling
  • Edit beer groups in Beer Groups for clear visualization
  • Update event dates promptly when changes occur
