# Initial Setup
First, let's configure your basic brewery settings:
- Go to Settings and complete these essential steps:
- Business: Enter your brewery's name and basic information
- Facilities: Add at least one production facility
- Tanks: Add your fermentation vessels and arrange them in the Tank Map
- Team: Invite your colleagues and set their access levels
# Your First Production Run
Now you're ready to start tracking production:
- Schedule a Batch - Plan your first brew
- Add Beer Info - Enter details about the beer you're producing
- Set Packaging Targets - Align production and sales teams on package formats and volumes
- Package a Batch - Record packaging runs as they happen
- View your packaged products in Inventory
# Setting Up Sales
With product in inventory, you can start managing sales:
- Set up your customers and pricing:
- Create a Contact for your customer
- Create a Pricing Set
- Select Pricing for your available beers
- Create a New Order
